As a multi-trade organisation, we offer a wide range of building and construction services, from assisting with site set up with the likes of hoardings, through to the strip out of existing buildings. We have competent and experienced staff, and cutting-edge equipment to offer a competitive & comprehensive service. Our drilling and firestopping divisions offer hybrid construction solutions, from forming openings to sealing them for air, acoustics and fire. From design, comprehensive technical & pricing schedules through to installation and maintenance, GBS can cater for a wide range of building needs, be it in a new build or refurbishment project.
We believe in consulting with our customers at every stage of a building services project, operating with transparency to ensure both parties are aware of all scope of works and additional requirements, with no hidden extras or inflated costs when it comes to the end of the project. We are happy to work alongside designers, architects, building control and fire officers on our customers behalf to help advise what is needed to comply with the latest British and European regulations relating to fire compartments.
We work as sub-contractors for some of the country’s leading developers and contractors, and have extensive experience working on schools, hospitals, large residential developments and various building services projects.
As a streamlined multi-trade organisation we have the ability to combine construction packages. We are able to offer the same level of quality and 3rd party certified installation service as other companies at a reduced cost, without compromising on quality, convenience or performance. We can assist quantity surveyors, buyers and package managers by giving them the opportunity to combine numerous packages in order to reduce the number of subcontractors and therefore the cost. We combine numerous related trades, soft strip out on refurbishments as well as stitch drilling, diamond coring, chasing, hole forming and general building services.
