Sandlings Property

GBS has worked with Sandlings on the full soft strip demolition of 5 classrooms, including all furniture and fixings, in Colchester.

The controlled removal of all floor coverings was required after the discovery of asbestos.

All in all, the time scale was on the project was very tight. The soft strip demolition was carried out in 3 days and the removal of the asbestos in 2 days.

Completed the soft strip in 3 days and Asbestos removal in 2 days to help push the programme on and to give follow on trades more time for their works.
